Run away, run away!
Oh come on, how do you smuggle that many members of a hostile race on to what looks to be a fairy prosperous (and thus well-policed) planet? In full uniform, no less!
First of all, Chubby has a trade contract with the Soykils which provides opportunities for abusing the import/export system. Secondly, spacial boarders are harder to maintain then 2 dimensional boarders. And lastly, this planet is the galactic equivalent of Hollywood, so even in uniform, they blend right in.
