I know this is going to be a controversial strip.  But I’ve always found it to be a bit of a mixed message to tell kids to “just say no to drugs” then expect them to rely on all of the modern medications that they’re prescribed to take for all of the current diagnosis’ that kids grow up with these days..  I think the real message needs to be “don’t take drugs that you’re not supposed to”.

Basically I just want to enhance Splink’s “Space Hippy” persona with a bit more of a scifi explanation.  And I’m sure fans of the old series see where the CRIS system came from.
