Well, so much for love at first sight.  I’ve said before that I want to leave the characters some room to grow, and this is a prime example.  I think you’ll really enjoy seeing how the Zortic and Zoie relationship evolves.  Besides, I really just loved drawing Zortic with lipstick and a pig nose.
