It was kind of fun to work with a bit of a retro look. It helped inspire the Classic Blast Rocketron story.

As difficult as this storyline was to write, it’s kind of surprising how many elements made it into the reboot. Stay tuned to see how.

In case you haven’t figured it out, the lost moonbase of Alphalphia is based on Moonbase Alpha from Space 1999.
I always kind of wondered if the Moonbase Alphalphia had any connection to the character from Little Rascals.
That’s right, no son ever thinks that any evil, brutish alien monster is good enough for his mother.
I’m really not sure why a computer core would require a booth you could sit in, but at least it’s private.
