For those of you who don’t know, Hogan runs the Webcomic Crossover and Cameo Archive; truly incredible amount of work. Unfortunately, with the way I’m gradually reintroducing the Classic Zortic strips, many of the links that he had collected over the years aren’t working right now. However I promise that I will be working with him to get these links back up and ready as they reappear. So don’t be afraid to pop over and check out his site anyway. The Zortic info will be back soon!
Hey gang! If you look closely at the latest edition of Jump Leads you’ll see something a bit familiar. If you’re not reading it, do it now! Ben and the gang are great and the strip is amazing! I hope you enjoy it.
This weekend I noticed a glaring ommision in the new websites. I didn’t have any links to any of the merchandise that’s out there. Several books are available for online purchase and now you can, once again, purchase them through Indy Planet.
First of all, there’s Zortic: Almost a Motion Picture; a stand alone classic Zortic story filled with epic parody and adventure. This is a story that’s not available online, so you can only read it here. Also, in order to give it the feel of a movie, it’s presented in the form of a movie storyboard. It’s a great introduction to the Zortic universe.
Then there’s Zortic: An Alien Just Like You; the first book of the new Zortic universe. This presents the first chapter of the new storyline and is the place to introduce yourself to the new continuity. You want to be ready with this book, because book 2 is coming very soon.
And lastly we have the first two Saucer Seekers books. These are collectors items because they still have the original titles of ETI-PI Book 1 and ETI-PI Book 2. The next printing of these books will be under the Saucer Seekers title, so get these before they become history.
So check them all out. I’m really proud of them and excited to be able to present them for you to purchase. Enjoy!
Well it’s been a crazy frantic summer full of vacations, travel, visitors and special events. My nephew came down to go to Star Wars Celebration V and we toured upper Michigan, Mackinaw Island, the UP and Wisconson. It was a great summer. I hope yours was just as much fun.
But it’s time to get back to it and it’s all starting with a new hosting and websites. Keenspot’s been good to me, but it’s time to move on and go solo. So here I am with a whole new site and new approach to everything. There’s still a lot of tweaking and fine tuning to do (Comicspace chose to do an update last night knocking out all of my formatting) but I’m really looking forward to having a lot more options and a lot more exciting options.
In case you haven’t noticed, all of my comics are now under the umbrella of Entire Prize Enterprises. It will be your one stop shopping area for all things Zortic, Saucer Seekers, Agent LF and any new projects that come along. So stay tuned.
Right now Classic Zortic isn’t there yet, sorry for anyone who was in the middle of that. But one of the new things that ‘s going to happen is that I’m going to be rerunning the original strips with commentary and parody reference guide, so stay tuned for that it will be a great reason for going back and reliving the original adventures..
I’m sorry to say that we’ve lost all of the commentary from the previous sites, but I’m hoping we can fill it up with lots of great new discussions. So dive in and let me know what you think. It’s going to be an fun and exciting new start for all of the comics of Entire Prize Enterprises.
Hi Everyone, sorry I’ve been quiet, but I’m working on a pretty major project that’s going to take all of my comics in a dramatic and exciting new direction. Definitely stay tuned.
However, the work is daunting and stressful, so it’s more important than ever to take time to blow off a little steam. And what better way is there than to blow some pirates out of the starry night sky! Star Pirates to the rescue! I thought it might be fun to share with you some of my role playing excitement.
With time short, I’ve been focusing on development for the last few weeks; research, picking through space debris and slot machines. Gambling and extraterrestrial trash picking is a great way to build revenue which is perfect for adding the best in ships and ship systems. Although the game is completely free, a couple of bucks can buy some extra points that can be used for additional trash runs to really rake in the dough.
But more important is the careful and strategic use of research. With the use of the right kind of cybernetic artificial intelligence, your attempts at research can really take off and make you faster and stronger than anyone else at your level. This is where my team mates make the difference. Joining a fleet as supportive and helpful as Zoie’s Roughnecks can really help by allowing you to borrow the equipment that will make your research the most profitable. I’ve been replacing all of my ship equipment with the best cybernetic ai as possible and running my research that way; keeping a careful balance of speed, defense and offense. When possible I also use my points to get some AI Cycle bursts to allow me to run even more research runs and build my stats even more.
I’m hoping to have a bit more free time next month, so I’m planning on using my built up stats to do some real role playing with some Asteroid Belt runs, Salvage Forays and maybe even a few missions. I’ll be sure to let you know how that goes.
