I grabbed the name “Happiness Hotel” from one of the Muppet movies (I think it was the Great Muppet Caper). Of course it has a slightly different meaning in this context.

It seemed like there was a phase of doing everything as baby’s; “A Pup Named Scooby Doo”, “Muppet Babies”, “Tiny Toons”. So it just seemed natural to do a “Zortic Babies” storyline.
