Yup, Marti is taken from Martia from Star Trek VI.
I certainly made the most out of having duplicate characters in the original series. But at least the special effects got better later.
The slight purple tint is taken from Rura Pente in Star Trek VI.
You have to admit, there are a lot of action heroes who benefit from the strategy of “letting” themselves get caught.
This is a bit of a parody of the scene from Star Trek VI where they’re sneaking into Klingon space and trying to pass as Klingon.
Zoie’s acting ability began to show even in the old strip. Even as a Klingon she looks good.
Zortic’s skills as a master strategist has often been underestimated.
This is one of my favorite Zortic storylines. Combining Star Trek The Undiscovered Country, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and Hogans Heroes is such an obvious fit that I’m amazed no one else has done it.
This is my favorite Splink gag. I worked it into the new storyline, but I really think it was so much better used here.
