I really wanted this guy to work as a reoccurring villain, but he just didn’t have the oomph of Chubby the Lump or Red Bimbo.

I have to confess that this isn’t the only time I used a Casablanca parody. I also used it, slightly differently in the original story Zortic: Almost a Motion Picture, available exclusively in print.
I really thought I was getting rid of Junior at this point, but obviously he wouldn’t be hanging around.
