Chubby’s ship was just supposed to look kind of lumpy, but in hind sight, it is slightly obscene. Fortunately that also works for a Chubby the Lump ship.
You have to admit, in that outfit Zoie could even make Gollum forget about the ring.
See! Who needs anorexia when you could just have a ring of power make you a wraith.
Something I really took pride in originally was experimenting with panel presentations and layout. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. This one I was pretty happy with.

Here’s a little attempt at social commentary. I touched on that a bit more than I expected with this strip, but I found you can’t really do much writing without doing some.
And here begins the first actual adventure.
Here’s another stand alone gag. The dullness of slower than light speed travel was going to be a running gag, but focusing on boringness seemed pretty boring, so I’m glad that didn’t last long.
