Classic Zortic

Okay, so here’s the story on Junior.  One day at work, some coworkers teased me by painting a picture of Zortic blue and putting a Smurf hat on.  I enjoyed the gag since Zortic’s design is based on a lot of classic cartoon characters.

So ironically that night, Saturday Night Live did a skit about a live action Smurf movie with Sean Connery as Papa Smurf.  Now I knew I didn’t want to do the over done Darth Vader father reveal parody (at least not yet), but the Indiana Jones father reveal was perfect!  And the Sean Connery/Papa Smurf connection was something that just couldn’t be ignored.
