The History channel appears to be giving it a good stab led by the Greek sports writer with the bad hairdo. That show is on frequently instead of, you know, history.
I know for a while there I wondered just what was going on with the Nostradamus and alien stuff, but given the spate of reality programming…Nostradamus and aliens sound downright historical.
Heh, I admit, when I first saw Giorgio Tsoukalos, I thought, “Surely aliens weren’t giving free spray tans with each abduction” (No, I don’t know whether it was real or not, but it looked sprayed on…)
It’s not just the History Channel, I believe even the Travel Channel has a haunted destinations show.
